„Norway has seen great improvement in preschool enrolment, including that of immigrant children. One of the actions taken is a national subsidy for low-income families introduced in 2015, which ensures that the family does not pay more than 6% of their income for a full-time place in kindergarten, limited upwards by the general maximum parental fee limit.“
