„One of the objectives of European cooperation in education and training up until 2020 was to reduce the proportion of early leavers from education and training among young adults to less than 10 % (the EU-27 average was 10.2 % in 2019 and 9.9 % in 2020). The renewed strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training for 2021-2030 stipulates a new EU-level target of less than 9 % of early leavers from education and training among young adults by 2030.“
