„The ‘pull-out’ method is a popular form of talent development in many countries, because it is a bridge between segregating (separated talent classes) and integrating (students developing in their own heterogeneous classes) methods. The version applied in Israel is managed so that students study in their own primary school for most of the week together with their peers, but they also participate in various enhancing programmes one morning a week at pull-out centres established by the regions.“
